Justin Bieber reportedly has a new girlfriend. The 23-year-old singer is dating 26-year-old actress Paola Paulin, Us Weekly reports. A source told the magazine, "They're totally smitten with each other."
The couple have attended church twice together since their first public outing as a couple on September 27. Of a later date at Soho House on October 4, an eye witness told Us Weekly, "They were all over each other and didn't care who was watching. They left together after that."

Paulin is an actress on HBO's Ballers. Bieber's been keeping a relatively low profile since canceling his "Purpose" tour back in August, though he did release the single "Friends," presumably about one of his exes, on August 17. The new couple has yet to make their relationship Instagram official.
