Glee actor Mark Salling has reportedly been arrested for possessing child pornography.The LAPD's internet Crimes Against Children Task Force unit reportedly served a search warrant early this morning at an address in Sunland, California. Sources told Crime Watch Daily the 33-year-old TV star lives there. He is believed to be in custody.
The allegations were also reported by TMZ. The LAPD told Daily Mail Online they were not ready to comment on the reports. He posted a picture of him with a squirrel on Christmas Day to Twitter and had recently returned from a vacation in Costa Rica.
Salling plays Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in the hit FOX series. He first appeared in 2008 and was a regular until season five.
On June 28, 2013, it was reported that Salling will not be returning as a regular, but will instead be a recurring guest star on the series.In March he allegedly reached a $2.7million settlement with a woman who had sued him for sexual battery.
In 2011, Roxanne Gorzela claimed he forced her to have unprotected sex and then when she confronted him several days later, he pushed her to the ground injuring her knees.
It was reported that the case was settled midway through trial after Gorzela dropped the sexual battery claim.
Salling admitted to negligently causing her to fall and injure herself.
His representatives have not returned Daily Mail Online's calls for comment.
